1. Acceptance
By using EzySize, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
2. The service
EzySize provides free online image tools — including compression, resizing, format conversion, cropping and image-to-PDF — that run in your web browser. The tools are free for personal and commercial use, with no watermarks and no usage fees.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use EzySize only for lawful purposes. In particular, you must not use the tools to process content you have no right to use, to attempt to disrupt the site or its hosting, or to misrepresent EzySize's output as coming from someone else. Because processing happens in your browser, you are responsible for the content you choose to process.
4. Intellectual property
The EzySize name, logo and site design belong to us. The images you process are yours — we claim no rights over them, and indeed never receive them (see our Privacy Policy). Output files you create with our tools are yours to use freely, including commercially.
5. No warranties
EzySize is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep every tool accurate and reliable, but we cannot guarantee that output will meet every third-party requirement (for example, a specific portal's upload rules) — always verify results against the requirements that matter to you.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EzySize and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site — including, without limitation, rejected uploads or lost files. Because your files never leave your device, keeping backups of anything important is entirely in your hands.
7. Third-party content
Our pages may load open-source libraries from third-party content delivery networks. Those libraries are governed by their own licenses; their availability is outside our control, though the core tools are designed to degrade gracefully.
